  The bar isn't set sky high when one walks into a Subway; but one expects not to be the only one in said Subway when one does the walking into of the aforementioned Subway restaurant. Yet one was the only one, and that one was I. After many "hello!?" 's of increasing volumes, two giggling young teenage dudes emerged from their dwelling in the back. Needless to say I was less than impressed with the service already at this point. However as the Dazed and Confused young teen continued to forget my order step after step, failed to ask the crucial question "would you like it toasted?", and added mayo instead of ranch,  my impression  grew darker yet. While the end result was your run-of-the-mill average sandwich, it was the experience which left me feeling as though I had left an actual Subway Metro station instead of a fine dining establishment. Tisk tisk, a little emotion goes a long way.

  My experience at this particular subway location has not been that great. The food has been very average, and has not always been fresh for me. The service has not been that great either. Recently my order i was charged for was incorrect because the worker was not listening to me and i had to wait 5 minutes for a credit to be added back to my card. I probably wont go back unless im with a group that really wants to eat there.

  Got a steak sandwich here and it tasted so bad and the texture made it seems like it was rotten, chewy fake meat. Even the dog wouldn't eat it.

  My office ordered 14 sandwiches/catering order from this location on Oakland and we were amazed at the efficiency of the staff. The individual sandwiches were all correct and wonderful!
